Paneer Tikka can be baked in oven, roasted on frying pan or over charcoals in BBQ

1 Step

Mix Mustard Oil and Kashmiri Powder well to get a good coloured paste

Mix Ginger Garlic Paste, Corriander Cumin Turmeric Mango powder. Add Salt and Black Salt. Add Kasuri Methi, Hung Curd and the Chilli Oil Paste. Mix Well

To the above paste add Paneer and Capsicum and Onion cut into cubes

4 Step

Marinate for 30 minutes

5 Step

Skew the paneer with the vegetables and roast on a frying pan or better still barbecue

6 Step

Brush melted butter on all sides and keep cooking well

7 Step

Remove from the pan/bbq, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve with onion coriander mixture.
